	Qus.	Does NCA produce traditional wedding and invitation cards or can we get fancy cards also ?
	Ans.	The answer lies in the very name of the firm ‘NOVELTY’ which suggest that there is something new and unique. We understand the cultural/traditional, emotional and individuality involved in first of all organizing such an event and secondly inviting one’s near and dear ones to bless the occasion. Therefore we ensure that traditions are maintained while designing these cards along with the modern methods and approaches that we adopt. Hence we attempt to produce a range of designs to suit individual tastes across the regions, religions and cultural background. They are available from simple to vibrant, fancy and exquisite ones.

	Qus.	Are your products supplied only to the big cities or to small towns also ?
	Ans.	There is no such restriction. Our products are supplied to traders in all parts of the country, even smaller towns. One can find our products in many countries on this globe also. So you can order for our products from anywhere on this planet and we would love to be your associate.

	Qus.	I would like my order to be supplied in stipulated time and appropriate Quantity.
	Ans.	We take utmost care to ensure that materials are dispatched as per the order the order shall reach the party on agreed time.

	Qus.	I would like my order be supplied properly packed to ensure that there is no damage caused during transportation or weather conditions. Can you take care of this aspect ?
	Ans.	We at NCA are particularly careful that our clients get their money’s worth. Orders are packed in good quality cartons and wherever waterproofing is required we make sure that it is done.
	Qus.	I may like some of your designs, but to suit my clientele, there may be a bit of alteration required, will it be possible ?
	Ans.	Yes, it may be possible, provided that the order be substantial enough to go for printing and maintain the cost. If the alteration is minimal we will take it up immediately.

	Qus.	Can I have my own design produced by you ?
	Ans.	If the design is appealing and the quantum of order is substantial enough, we may take it up.
